How to Lose Weight – 3 Days Diet

Who needs to lose weight fast can follow this 3 days diet to lose up to 5kg. However, if you are close to your ideal weight, you may not be able to lose 5kg, but this can help to disinfect and cleanse your body.

Second Day

Breakfast:Coffee, tea or water (no added sugar) 1 egg boiled or cooked + 1 slice of toast + 1 banana
Snack:1 cup of diet jelly
Lunch:Tea or water + 1 cup ricotta cheese or tuna in a can + 5 cracker
Snack:1 cup of diet jelly
Dinner:2 sausages + 1/2 cup grated raw carrots + 1 banana + 1 cup cooked broccoli or cabbage in salty water

Third Day

Breakfast:Coffee, tea or water (no added sugar), 5 crackers, 30 grams of cheddar cheese and 1 apple
Snack:1 cup of diet jelly
Lunch: 1 egg (boiled) + 2 slices of toast with 2 slices of cheese + 1/2 tomato
Snack:1 cup of diet jelly
Dinner:1 can of tuna in water + 1 cup grated raw carrot + 1 cup cauliflower and 1 cup chopped melon

This diet can’t be used if you are pregnant or have diabetes. In case of any other health problems, you should consult with your doctor prior starting this diet.
