  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tps grated ginger
  • 1 glass of water
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender, strain and drink.
